Guide rollers type SFRS in standard and in strong design enable low wear and exact guidance
of wheels on rail systems
CR ROEMER has two different systems in its product portfolio.
Type SFRS Standard and type SFRS-V-DE-50-150 in strong design with double eccentric solution.
Features and characteristics of type SFRS Standard:
- max. speeds of 60 m/min suitable
- max. load capacities of dynamic up to 160 kN, static up to 300 kN
- integrated and patented damping units for the reduction of axial shocks resulting from, among other things, rail misalignment or poor rail quality
- lateral adjustability up to ± 10 mm
- Integrated cylindrical roller bearings
- Relubricatable
- Production MADE IN GERMANY
Special features and characteristics of Type SFRS-V-DE-50-150:
- suitable for speeds faster than 60 m/min
- with integrated double eccentric for
a. Adjustability of rail profile, rail head width 50 - 150 mm (adjustment is carried out by RFT at the factory)
b. Wear adjustment per roller (max. 5 mm per roller)
- max. stat. loads (radial) 375 kN, with support bearing 6218
- lateral adjustability up to ± 10 mm??
- integrated spherical roller bearings, with additional support bearing
- Relubricatable
